Red Rock Corridor

From the perspective of exploring Lake Powell's majestic canyons. This was just the beginning the canyon, so it continues to wrap back quite a ways. It's my family's favorite part of our regular Lake Powell trips, exploring the many, many branches. This is one of three canyons in the south end of the lake, I just don't remember which one.

Anyways, this was painted for my mom for Christmas. She'll get two more that will go with this one, but will be different. I will have to take a better picture to upload as a print, because the right side is kinda washed out.

Oils on canvas. I am still learning lots about oils, and it seems to be coming rather slowly. But I hope you enjoy it anyway!
