Okay. I think I'm done, but I'm not sure. I've had a massive headache for way too long and I'm not really thinking clearly. I tried something really new here. What do you think? I thought it might be fun to do a theme with just two colors (and others in similar tones). Does it look good? Is this something you would like to see again, either with these same colors or different pairs? Should I add more to this?

Before you start throwing out suggestions for this piece, please keep in mind this is colored pencil. I cannot make much change. Things can be darkened, but I think that's about it. Is the sky too pale? What about the ground in the front, underneath Dancer?

Anyways, enjoy. Background is inspired by Morrowind. In the Grazelands region, not far from the Zainab Camp, for those who play. Just trying to broaden my horizons with backgrounds and colors.

OH wow! That looks amazing! I love all the colours. I can't think of anything which needs to be changed, it looks great to me.

this is beautiful! the horse is really pretty, both color wise and pose wise :D I love the colors you choose.

if you wanted to make the area under the horse darker that might help a bit (from the thumbnail it looks like the horse is floating, sorta) but I think it's fine. it's always good to try something new, and it worked out great! :D

I really like how you made the tail almost transparent :D Your trees and grass look really good too :heart: Only thing I can think of to say is that the sky is a bit pale, but you didn't use blue in your pairs so if you made it darker it wouldn't look much like a sky :P Great job! :+fav:

Thank you! The pale sky worried me a little. But I didn't make it darker, because I was worried it would look stormy that way.

Thank you! I am very happy you think it worked out well! Darkening the horse's shadow is a good idea. Normally I do more with shadows . . . :shrug:
